Adrian’s testimonials

“Adrian helps me see and look, allows me to disagree passionately while keeping his footing (most would slip) and somehow over the internet he ‘holds my hand’ making me feel safe and incredibly makes me smile at myself and explore myself yet further than I dared before. His questions are marvelous and sometimes I have an immediate insight, other times I find myself pondering them days later until I find an answer and then boom my approach, concepts or feelings change as if by lightning and I feel and perform better.”

“Now, I think that I am good at thinking…but Adrian thinks differently. I think about problems; Adrian thinks above them…and just when you think that you’ve got the hang of that he raises the bar a notch. Continually challenging, continually moving forward. He’s helped me more times than I can easily remember; from a personal and business perspective. If you are going to use NLP for anything, then seek guidance from someone who knows not only what they are doing, but how they are doing it! Get somebody with the right ‘tools’ to help you do whatever it is that you do, only better. Get Adrian.”

“Two years ago I hit a point where I was in a very difficult situation. I had decided to return to University to study and was almost double the age of all of my 100 peers, older even than most of my tutors. Generally I am a very self confident and capable person. I’m a great problem solver, quite confident in most social situations and never think about my age. However, after 3 months of beginning again at university I felt like a rat crawling around the bowels of the building. Enter Adrian and a little NLP. Along with the confidence comes a heavy dose of scepticism but I was truly amazed when he showed me what it was like to be without my anxiety. What’s more, the feeling of confidence was still there the next morning, when I returned to uni and even now, two years later. Thank you Adrian.”

“Adrian is a master at encouraging you to see things differently – he once helped me with an organisational restructure at work, where I was beginning to have difficulties teasing apart the multiple issues involved. Even though he knew next to nothing about the content of what I was dealing with, his creative questioning got me to focus on what really mattered and his intervention formed a key part of the final solution. Generosity and his boundless energy make him very pleasant to be with and he’s trained with the very best – I suspect they learned a thing or two from him!”

Darren Bourne, Director of Education, Confetti Institute of Creative Technologies.

“I always regarded myself, as do most who know me, as a fairly together, level headed person. However, after a very gentle session with Adrian there were things uncovered, that once brought out into the open needed dealing with. Adrian handed me the tools for doing so. Having never encountered this type of process before I was amazed at the results and have continued to use the mental kit as and when necessary. Thanks to Adrian I can now spot it coming a mile off and put measures in place to prevent a return to a rather grim place.”

“After two failed marriages and several unsuccessful attempts at careers and a generally disappointing adult life so far, I decided it was time for action. To make some changes before frankly, it was too late. I had been prescribed anti-depressants and had failed to secure the services of a therapist as I was deemed ‘not depressed enough’!

“So I turned to Adrian. I had known Adrian for many years as a colleague and a friend, so when he suggested that we do some NLP work together I thought ‘Why not?’. I had one session on a lovely sunny day in Adrian’s back garden, and with a few exercises Adrian soon had me focussed on what’s important in life and where I want to be going. Something that I have always had struggles with. He also helped me to deal with some of the catastrophes in my past – which again will help me going forwards.

“Every now and again I will slip up and wander off the path – but Adrian left me with a few invaluable tools to get me back on track. After our initial meeting I felt like a new person in many ways – this feeling has levelled off slightly but I know that by using the tools that Adrian gave me I can give myself a bit of a tweak and I’m soon back to feeling good again – something that I could never do before.”

Ben Hewer, Creative Director, Marketing Kinetics.

“I have been fortunate to have undertaken coaching with Adrian in a variety of contexts. My experience has been rewarding, intriguing and extremely positive, and what I’ve learned with Adrian’s guidance and support has greatly enriched my personal and business lives.

“However, what’s really been of immense value is the work he’s done with my children, now aged 12 and 17. The effect Adrian’s approach has had on my son Harvey in particular has been astonishing: he has developed a new way of approaching problems, looking at things in a more positive way and with a more focussed and dynamic attitude than before. Adrian’s work with Harvey has been fascinating to witness, and we are immensely grateful for his patience and commitment.”

“For as far back as I can remember, I have had almost an aversion to maths. I just don’t seem to think in a mathematical way. Many people have tried various techniques to help me tackle the subject in a way that I can follow and understand but it is only recently after a brief session with Adrian that I can now approach the subject with a totally different perspective. This has greatly improved my confidence in the subject and a definite improvement has been noticed.”
